INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Barrel-Aged Redemption High Rye
.75 oz Foro Rosso Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Nonino Quintessentia Amaro
Bar Spoon of Filthy Black Cherry Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

BUILD:
1. Addall ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir 20-30 times (15-30 seconds)
3. Strain into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with an expressed orange peel and cocktail cherry

Cruzan Rum, Madagascar Vanilla, Blueberry Puree, Fresh Lime Juice

Altos Blanco, Mezcal, Fresh Lime Juice, Passion Fruit, Fresno Powder, Tajin Rim

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Blackberry & Lemon Infused Belvedere
.75 oz Lavender Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
2 Dashes Rose Water
5 Mint Leaves
Soda Water

BUILD:
1. Add Infused Belvedere vodka, lavender syrup, lime juice, rose water, and mint into a shaker
2. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
3. Dump directly into a collins glass.
4. Top with ice and soda water
5. Garnish with a mint sprig and dehydrated lime
